What is Aromatherapy Massage?

Aromatherapy massage is a massage that uses essential oils to promote relaxation and well-being. It covers the full body; including the back, arms, legs, shoulders, head and feet. It can aid with muscle soreness, stress relief or relaxation. Other benefits include: improved circulation, improved breathing and improved digestion using essential oils for an invigorating treatment.
